<h1>Licensing and suspension: administrative authority may grant, condition, suspend or cancel trade benefit instruments with hearing and appeal.</h1> The Director General or an authorised officer may, after inquiry, grant, renew or refuse to grant or renew licences, certificates, scrips or instruments bestowing financial or fiscal benefits, recording reasons for refusal. Such instruments must be in prescribed form, for specified periods, and subject to prescribed terms and conditions.
