of <h1>Importers Must Use New Online Coal Import System with Advanced Registration Requirements Under Policy Condition 07(i)</h1> A government notification amends Import Policy Condition No. 07 (i) for Chapter-27 in the Import Policy. The Coal Import Monitoring System (CIMS) now requires importers to submit advance information online and obtain an Automatic Registration Number with registration fees determined by Appendix 2K, replacing the previous fixed fee structure of Rs. 1 per thousand with minimum and maximum limits.
