of <h1>Section 14C Restricts Export of Goods for Weapon Development and Missile Systems under Foreign Trade Act 1992.</h1> Section 14C of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act 1992, as updated by Notification S.O. 2099(E) on August 19, 2010, imposes restrictions on the export of certain goods, services, and technology. It prohibits any individual from exporting materials, equipment, or technology if they are aware that these items will be used in the creation or development of biological, chemical, or nuclear weapons, or in missile delivery systems for such weapons.
