Delegation of regulatory powers: authorities may exercise statutory functions within a Special Economic Zone subject to this Act. Powers and functions conferred by any Central or State Act may, subject to the provisions of this Act, be exercised or discharged within a Special Economic Zone under that Act, permitting authorities to perform statutory powers or duties in relation to activities inside an SEZ so long as such exercise conforms to this Act.
