Communication recipient under SEZ Act: notices may be sent to the person with ultimate control or designated officers. A communication by any competent authority or person under the Act may be sent to the person who has the ultimate control over the affairs of the Special Economic Zone or Unit, or where such affairs are entrusted to a manager, director, chairperson, managing director, or any other officer, the communication may be sent to that manager, director, chairperson, managing director, or other officer.
