        Pronouncement of orders by a single Bench member allows one member to deliver the Bench's order with official proceedings recordation. Any Member may pronounce the Bench's order on behalf of the Bench, and the court officer must note in the order sheet that the Bench's order was pronounced in open court on behalf of the Bench.
