          <h1>Adjournment of hearings when tribunal does not sit: cause lists reissued and matters adjourned to convenient dates.</h1> Rule 39 requires that when the Appellate Tribunal does not function on a scheduled day a new daily cause list be prepared; where a Bench's sitting is cancelled due to a Member's inability, the Registrar shall adjourn the cases to a convenient date unless otherwise directed; adjournments, postings and directions must be notified on the notice board and on the GSTAT Portal.
