Discharge certificate for witnesses discharged by the Appellate Tribunal may be issued in prescribed form by the Registrar. Witnesses discharged by the Appellate Tribunal may be granted a discharge certificate in the prescribed GSTAT Form-08 by the Registrar under the procedural rules governing examination of witnesses and commissions.
