Indexing of case files: officials must paginate, prepare prescribed Index Sheets, initial records, and transfer to records custody. After communication of the order to parties or authorised representatives, the responsible official must arrange the records with pagination, prepare an Index Sheet in the Tribunal-prescribed format, affix initials to the records and Index, and transmit the paginated, initialled records with the Index Sheet to the records room.
