Deposition recording must use the prescribed form and be initialled by the bench; corrections permitted if approved. Deposition of a witness in GSTAT proceedings must be recorded in prescribed GSTAT FORM-07, with each page initialled by the Members of the Bench; corrections proposed by the witness may be made and initialled if the Bench is satisfied, otherwise a note to that effect must be appended at the bottom of the deposition.
