Authentication of orders: members must initial every page and place initials under all corrections to validate tribunal orders. Every Member of the Bench who has prepared the order must affix his initials at the bottom of each page and must place initials under all corrections, thereby authenticating original pages and any subsequent amendments to tribunal orders.
