Regulation 50 mandates tiered fees for information under clause (a) of sub section (1) of section 19 and for interlocutory and miscellaneous applications under sub regulation (6) of regulation 16, with amounts differentiated by notifier category and turnover bands; the Commission may vary fees in line with the annual Cost Inflation Index, and payment is permitted by demand draft, pay order, banker's cheque in favour of Competition Commission of India (Competition Fund) or via ECS to the designated bank account.
