<h1>Regulation 50: Fees for Submitting Information to CCI Vary by Entity Type and Turnover, Adjusted Annually</h1> Regulation 50 of the CCI (General) Regulations, 2024 specifies the fees required for submitting information under section 19(1)(a) of the Act. The fees vary based on the entity type and turnover. Individuals or Hindu Undivided Families pay INR 6,000, NGOs and similar organizations pay INR 12,000, and firms or companies pay between INR 50,000 and INR 6,00,000 depending on turnover. Interlocutory and Miscellaneous Applications have separate fee structures. Fees may be adjusted annually based on the Cost Inflation Index and can be paid via demand draft, pay order, banker's cheque, or ECS to the Competition Commission of India.
