Acceptance of translations: criteria for certification and official translators enabling Commission to accept a translation. The Commission will accept an English translation as a true translation if counsel certifies it as such, if it is prepared by an official Court translator, or if it is prepared by an official translator of any central or state authority/body whose translations are accepted by courts; additionally, a translation agreed to by all parties may be accepted by the Commission in appropriate cases as a true translation.
