          <h1>Closure of inquiry: Commission requires immediate communication of closure orders to relevant governments or parties.</h1> Regulation 20 requires that when the Commission finds no prima facie case or that a matter involves the same or substantially the same facts and issues as previously decided, the Secretary shall forthwith send a certified copy of the Commission's closure order to the Central Government, the State Government, the Statutory Authority, or the parties concerned, as applicable.
