of <h1>Regulation 9: Compute Time Periods Excluding Start Day; Extend Deadlines if They Fall on Non-Business Days.</h1> Regulation 9 of the CCI (General) Regulations, 2024, outlines the rules for computing time periods related to acts or proceedings under the Law of Competition. Time is calculated excluding the initial day of the event from which the period begins. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a day when the Commission's office is closed, the action or proceeding may be conducted on the next working day.
