Final order procedures require signed orders with dissent notes and prompt certified service to parties. Final orders must be signed and dated by the Members and include a dissenting note where applicable. Orders should, as far as practicable, be made within the prescribed timeframe after conclusion of final arguments. A certified copy of the order must be served on the parties in accordance with the service procedure within the prescribed period from the date of the order.
