of <h1>Regulation 57: 2024 Rules Repeal 2009 CCI Regulations but Preserve Validity of Past Actions and Decisions.</h1> Regulation 57 of the CCI (General) Regulations, 2024, repeals the Competition Commission of India (General) Regulations, 2009. Despite this repeal, any actions, proceedings, or decisions made under the 2009 regulations are considered valid under the 2024 regulations. Rights, obligations, or liabilities established under the repealed regulations remain unaffected, as if the repeal never occurred. References to the 2009 regulations in any Commission-issued documents are now interpreted as references to the corresponding provisions in the 2024 regulations.
