Continuation of proceedings: actions may proceed against or by legal representatives after a party's death or insolvency. Proceedings do not abate on a party's death, insolvency, or a company's winding up; they may be continued by or against the executor, administrator or other legal representative, or by or against the assignee, receiver or liquidator as applicable.
