Modification of prescribed time limits extends specified contractual periods under notification condition, lengthening overall and within-period limits. An amendment to the ANNEXURE, Condition No.43 clause (b), substitutes the prescribed overall term with a longer term and extends the specified completion window within which required actions must occur, thereby lengthening both the maximum duration and the within-period for that condition; the amendment took effect on the 29th day of June, 2017.
