of <h1>Income-tax Act Section 132B Amended: Includes Black Money Act for Undisclosed Foreign Income from October 2024.</h1> Section 132B of the Income-tax Act has been amended by the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2024. In sub-section (1), clause (i), the reference to the Interest-tax Act, 1974, has been expanded to include the Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets) and Imposition of Tax Act, 2015. This amendment will take effect from October 1, 2024.
