of <h1>Section 7 Amended: Un-denatured Alcohol for Liquor Manufacturing Included in UT GST Act, Effective November 2024.</h1> In the Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, section 7 has been amended to include 'un-denatured extra neutral alcohol or rectified spirit used for the manufacture of alcoholic liquor for human consumption' in sub-section (1). This amendment will take effect from November 1, 2024, as per Notification No. 17/2024-Central Tax dated September 27, 2024.
