of <h1>Income-tax Act Section 200 update: Correction statements can't be submitted after six years from the fiscal year's end.</h1> Section 200 of the Income-tax Act is amended to include a new proviso in sub-section (3), effective from April 1, 2025. This proviso stipulates that no correction statement can be submitted after six years from the end of the financial year in which the original statement, as required by sub-section (3), was to be delivered.
