          <h1>Section 61 of CGST Act amended to include 'or section 74A' in sub-section (3), effective November 1, 2024.</h1> Section 61 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act is amended by inserting the words, figures, and letter 'or section 74A' after 'section 73 or section 74' in sub-section (3).
