Power to make remedial orders: central government may issue orders to remove difficulties implementing amendments within a limited period. The Central Government is empowered to make, by order in the Official Gazette, provisions not inconsistent with the Act to remove difficulties in giving effect to the Act as amended by the 2023 Amendment Act, subject to a temporal limitation after which no such order may be made.
