of <h1>New Sub-Section 1A in Section 125 Empowers Central Government to Resolve Implementation Issues of Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act.</h1> Section 125 of the principal Act is amended to include a new sub-section (1A), allowing the Central Government to address any difficulties in implementing the provisions of the Multi-State Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2023. The government can issue orders, published in the Official Gazette, to make necessary provisions that are consistent with the Act. However, such orders cannot be made after two years from the commencement date of the Amendment Act.
