It replaces clause (a) to require an annual report of activities, including details of non-unanimous board decisions. Clause (f) is replaced with new clauses mandating the disclosure of employees related to board members, declaration of related party transactions by the board of directors, and any additional information required by the Central Registrar under the Act or its rules.
