of <h1>Co-operative societies de-registered when Central Registrar issues and sends certificate under amended Section 22(5) clause (c).</h1> Section 22 of the principal Act has been amended in sub-section (5) by replacing clause (c). The new clause specifies that a co-operative society will be considered de-registered under the applicable state law from the date the Central Registrar issues and forwards the de-registration certificate to the society, accompanied by a copy of the registered amendment as per sub-section (3).
