Power to attach bank accounts to recover cooperative education and rehabilitation funds and election expenses. The amendment empowers the Central Registrar to recover specified dues by attaching bank accounts of defaulting multi State co operative societies, limited to the co operative education fund, the Co operative Rehabilitation, Reconstruction and Development Fund, and expenses of the Co operative Election Authority for conduct of elections.
