of <h1>Amendment to Section 10: 'Address' Now Includes Email Addresses in Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2023.</h1> Section 10 of the principal Act has been amended by the Multi-State Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2023. In sub-section (2), clause (a), the term 'address' has been replaced with 'address, including e-mail address,' thereby expanding the scope of contact information required to include electronic mail addresses.
