of <h1>Amendment to Section 29: New Rule on Minimum Product or Service Use for Two Consecutive Years in Co-operative Societies.</h1> Section 29 of the principal Act has been amended by the Multi-State Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2023. The amendment replaces clause (b) with a new provision stating that an individual will be affected if they fail to use the minimum level of products or services specified in the bye-laws for two consecutive years.
