Section 103 Amended: Multi-State Co-ops Must Reorganize or Register with Central Registrar for Compliance
Section 103 of the principal Act is amended to include two provisos. The first proviso states that if all successor States take steps to divide or reorganize a deemed multi-State co-operative society into State co-operative societies within three years, the society will no longer be considered a multi-State co-operative society. The second proviso mandates that deemed multi-State co-operative societies not covered by the first proviso must apply for registration and obtain a certificate from the Central Registrar.
