Service of customs communications via common portal permitted, enabling electronic availability of orders and notices. Enables electronic service of communications under the Customs Act by inserting a new clause into sub section (1) of section 153 to permit service by making orders, summonses, notices or other communications available on a common portal, thereby establishing the common portal as a formally authorized channel for delivery.
