Applicability of section 245S suspended for advance rulings under section 245R from notified date, effective from April first. The amendment provides that nothing in section 245S shall apply to any advance ruling pronounced under the advance-ruling provisions on or after a date to be appointed by the Central Government by notification in the Official Gazette; the Bill states the amendment will take effect from 1st April, 2021.
