          <h1>Committee headquarters and secretariat: Delhi location, sittings as directed by Central Government, Department of Revenue provides Secretariat.</h1> The Committee's headquarters shall be at New Delhi and its sittings shall take place at New Delhi or such other place as the Central Government may decide. The Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance will provide the Secretariat and a Joint Secretary in that Department shall act as Secretary to the Committee.
