of <h1>Venture Capital Funds: Submit Form 64 Electronically with Digital Signature by November 30 for Previous Year's Income</h1> The statement of income paid or credited by a Venture Capital Company or Venture Capital Fund must be submitted by November 30 of the financial year following the year in which the income was paid or credited. This submission is to be made to the Chief Commissioner or Commissioner of Income-tax, where the principal office is located. The statement must be in Form No. 64, verified by an accountant, and filed electronically with a digital signature. The Director General of Income-tax (Systems) is responsible for specifying the filing procedure and managing the security and archival of these statements.
