Directors, partners, officers, and employees must produce books, accounts, documents, statements, and information related to merchant banking activities within the time specified by the inspecting authority. The merchant banker must provide reasonable access to its premises and those of persons acting on its behalf, and facilitate examination of records, including computer data, and supply copies deemed relevant. The inspecting authority may examine or record statements of principal officers, directors, partners, and employees. All such persons must render reasonable assistance necessary to enable an effective inspection.
