The Schedule sets the merchant banker fee regime: a registration fee payable at grant; a renewal fee payable every three years starting from the sixth year from grant, with specified timing for payment before expiry of the paid block; a non refundable application fee for registration; and mandatory payment by direct credit through the SEBI online payment gateway.
