Power to make rules for the Code on Wages covering wage calculation, deductions, registers and central rule scrutiny.

The appropriate Government may, subject to previous publication, make rules to implement the Code on Wages covering calculation of wages, arduousness adjustments, norms for minimum rates, entitlement where hours are below normal, wage-period fixation, procedures for deductions, recovery of advances and loans, forms and registers for fines and deductions, wage slips, duties of Inspector-cum-Facilitator and other prescribed matters; the Central Government may make rules on floor wage, State consultation, accounting-year set offs, gross profit calculation and enquiry procedure, with Central rules laid before Parliament and State rules before the State Legislature.
