of <h1>Chairperson role for Central Advisory Board under Code on Wages Rules changed to Labour Minister via Rule 3(3)(i) amendment</h1> Rule 3(3)(i) of the Code on Wages (Central Advisory Board) Rules, 2021 is amended to substitute the provision relating to the Chairperson, prescribing that the Chairperson of the Central Advisory Board shall be the Minister in Charge, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. The amendment takes effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette, thereby altering the statutory designation of the person who presides over the Central Advisory Board under the 2021 Rules.
