No refund of scheme payments: amounts declared under the scheme are not refundable under any circumstances. Any amount paid in pursuance of a declaration made under the kar vivad samadhan scheme shall not be refundable under any circumstances; payments made pursuant to such declarations are final and conclusive for the purposes of the Scheme.
