Notifying parties must declare full information in Form I under Schedule II & III to avoid void approval.
The CCI (Procedure In Regard To The Transaction Of Business Relating To Combinations) Regulations, 2011, as amended, requires notifying parties to declare that they have provided all necessary information in Form I, as per Schedule II, and that the proposed combination aligns with Schedule III, posing no likely adverse effect on competition. The declaration also confirms that no false statements have been made, and no material facts have been omitted. If any declaration is found incorrect, the notice and approval under regulation 5A are void. Each notifying party must submit this declaration.
