of <h1>Green Channel Approval for Combinations Under Regulation 5A of CCI Regulations, 2011: Fast-Track Process with Schedule III Criteria.</h1> Regulation 5A of the CCI Regulations, 2011, allows parties involved in certain combinations, as specified in Schedule III, to opt for a Green Channel approval by submitting a notice in Form I with a declaration as per Schedule IV. Upon filing and acknowledgment, the combination is deemed approved under section 31(1) of the Act. If the Commission determines the combination is not covered by Schedule III or the declaration is incorrect, the approval is void, and the combination is reassessed under the Act. Parties are given a chance to be heard before such a determination is made.
