of <h1>Regulation 7 allows CCI to accept late notices in Form I or II, subject to section 43A provisions.</h1> Regulation 7 of the CCI (Procedure In Regard To The Transaction Of Business Relating To Combinations) Regulations, 2011, addresses the submission of belated notices. If a notice in Form I or II is submitted to the Commission after the deadline specified in sub-section (2) of section 6 of the Act, the Commission has the discretion to accept the notice. This acceptance is without prejudice to other legal provisions, including section 43A of the Act.
