of <h1>Green Channel Route: Criteria for Combinations Under Schedule III of CCI Regulations 2011</h1> Under the CCI (Procedure In Regard To The Transaction Of Business Relating To Combinations) Regulations, 2011, Schedule III outlines the criteria for combinations eligible for the Green Channel route. Parties involved in such combinations, including their group entities or entities they control, must not produce or provide similar, identical, or substitutable products or services. They must not operate at different stages of the production chain or engage in complementary activities related to the production, supply, distribution, storage, sale, or trade of products or services. This provision was inserted in August 2019.
