of <h1>Regulation 32 of CCI 2011 Regulations Takes Precedence in Combination Matters Over Other Conflicting Regulations.</h1> Regulation 32 of the CCI (Procedure In Regard To The Transaction Of Business Relating To Combinations) Regulations, 2011, establishes that these regulations have overriding authority in matters concerning combinations. This means that if there is any inconsistency between these regulations and any other regulations under the Act, the provisions of these regulations will prevail. This ensures that the rules governing combinations are uniformly applied, irrespective of conflicting provisions in other regulations.
