of <h1>Parties Must Publish Combination Details in Newspapers and Online Within 10 Days Under CCI Regulations, 2011 (Form IV)</h1> Under the CCI Regulations, 2011, if the Commission believes a combination may adversely affect competition in India, the parties involved must publish details of the combination within ten working days. This publication should follow the Commission's direction and use Form IV as specified in Schedule II. Before publication, the details must be submitted to the Commission, which may also host them on its website. Additionally, the parties must publish these details on their own websites and in all India editions of four leading newspapers, including at least two business newspapers, within the specified timeframe.
