Publication requirement: parties must publish combination details after a prima facie AEC finding and submit them to the regulator. When the Commission has a prima facie opinion of appreciable adverse effect on competition, the Secretary must direct parties to publish details of the combination in Form IV; parties must submit those details to the Commission before publication and may have the Commission host them. Parties must also host the details on their websites and publish them in all India editions of four leading dailies, including at least two business newspapers.
