Filing notice for combinations: require completed notice, electronic copies, confidentiality procedure, and a public summary for publication.

A completed notice must be delivered to the Commission in physical and electronic form; confidentiality requests are to follow the General Regulations with a public version of the notice. A summary of the combination, not containing confidential information and limited to one thousand words, must be filed for publication and include parties' names, the nature and purpose of the combination, products/services and businesses of the parties, and the markets in which they operate. Subsequent responses must be filed similarly, and the Secretary may publicise variations to filing procedure or format.
