Inspection rights allow parties and others supervised access to filed documents upon payment of prescribed fees. Regulation 37 provides that parties may apply in writing to the Secretary to inspect or obtain copies of documents filed in proceedings upon payment of fee; non-parties may be allowed inspection on sufficient cause and fee payment. Inspections and copying are conducted in the presence of an officer authorized by the Secretary and under specified supervision and time limits. Government officers, the Director General, and statutory authorities may request inspection and copies by written request to the Secretary.
