Parties may be invited.</h1> Regulation 17 of the CCI (General) Regulations, 2009, under the Law of Competition, allows the Commission to hold a preliminary conference to determine if a prima facie case exists. The Commission may invite the information provider and any other relevant parties to this conference. The preliminary conference is informal and does not require adherence to formal procedural rules.
