It specifies that the signatory should be the individual concerned, a Karta for a Hindu Undivided Family, a company director, an association's president or secretary, a partner in a partnership, a CEO of a cooperative or local authority, or an authorized person for other entities. References must be signed by a government officer of at least Joint Secretary rank or equivalent. Counsel may also sign the document.
