Guidelines for Individuals, Companies, and Government Officials.</h1> Regulation 11 of the CCI (General) Regulations, 2009, outlines the requirements for signing information, references, or replies to notices or directions issued by the Competition Commission. It specifies that the signatory should be the individual concerned, a Karta for a Hindu Undivided Family, a company director, an association's president or secretary, a partner in a partnership, a CEO of a cooperative or local authority, or an authorized person for other entities. References must be signed by a government officer of at least Joint Secretary rank or equivalent. Counsel may also sign the document.
