Power to call for information: Commission may compel document production and summon witnesses for examination on oath. The Commission may require parties or other persons to produce documents or material objects necessary before passing orders, direct discovery and production of evidence, requisition public records, inspect books and accounts, and summon and enforce attendance to examine persons on oath.
